Honeywell Advanced Connected Solutions Technology (ACST) team is seeking a highly-qualified Procurement Buyer II for our Chandler, AZ, Broomfield, CO, or our Golden Valley, MN location.

Key Responsibilities:

•Establish and drive procurement of material and services

•Conduct RFQ processes, supplier selection, purchase order placement

•Review and monitor purchase requisitions

•Monitor shipment and services

•Assess supplier performance

•Work with internal team on requirements, need dates and work to support businesses

•Ensure that the suppliers are acknowledging orders immediately and accurately

•Resolve invoice discrepancies

The annual base salary for this position is $63,600.00 –$94,900.00 Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

U.S. Citizenship is required due contractual requirements.

YOU MUST HAVE

•Three plus years of procurement/ administrative experience

•US citizenship status and ability to obtain and maintain security clearance

WE VALUE

•Bachelor's Degree BS or BA, preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management

•Experience with SAP or similar Procurement system

•Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFAR), and ITAR and import/export requirements

•Ability to prepare, issue and analyze RFQs (requests for quotes)

•Expedite orders when required to ensure on-time shipments

•Able to quickly understand processes and ensure adherence to the same

•Good organizational skills – ability to prioritize and solve problems

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomously driven, and demanding start-up-environment

•Participate in a culture of excellence and teamwork

•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
