AWS is growing rapidly and we are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our growing Data Center Logistics team who are looking for self-driven, well organized professional to aid with the inventory and fiscal processes related to our Data Center in Korea. We are looking for someone to liaise with our suppliers and internal teams. Our ideal candidate is highly autonomous, very detail oriented, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. You will be expected to manage Data Center public and confidential information and communication. Align with financial and inventory management teams. Respond to queries from internal and external Customers. You are expected to perform day-to-day logistics activities to support data center operation and expansion in warehouse environment such as goods receiving & shipping, inventory cycle count, data corrections by ensuring physical inventory movement at numerous locations. Also need to ensure all material movements are comply with standard process and various Data Center regulatory compliance.

A candidate should have good understanding of financial processes, be expert with Microsoft Office and proficient with wide range of computer applications, such as inventory management system and ticketing system. Ability to self-educate and achieve goals without external support is also important. We will expect to a candidate to document update and publish new processes. An ideal candidate will be interested in computer technologies with a strong drive to learn new skills and inventory management experience is essential. A candidate will be responsible for gathering data, generating, publishing and presenting metrics in variety of areas. Also, a candidate must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and operate in a very fast paced complex environment, meet deadlines, and a commitment to Operational Excellence.

Logistics Specialist는 데이터 센터의 정보(공개정보 및 기밀정보)를 관리하고 재무/재고 관리 팀과 긴밀히 협업하며 여러 물류 관련 문의를 처리합니다. 또한, Warehouse 환경에서 물품 입/출고, 재고 주기 계산, 데이터 관리 등의 업무를 바탕으로 데이터 센터 내 모든 물류 활동이 표준 프로세스를 준수하도록 관리합니다. 이를 바탕으로 데이터 센터의 확장과 운영 업무 또한 지원합니다.

원활한 업무 수행을 위해서는 재무 프로세스에 대한 이해, MS Office 활용 능력, 재고관리 시스템, 티켓 처리 시스템과 같은 컴퓨터 응용 프로그램 활용 능력이 필요합니다. 스스로 학습하고 주어진 업무 목표를 달성할 수 있는 능력도 중요합니다. 프로세스나 시스템 상 신규 업데이트 발생 시, 이를 문서화하는 역량이 포함됩니다. 새로운 IT 기술을 배우고자 하는 관심과, 재고 관리 경험은 필수적입니다. 데이터 수집, 여러 분야에서의 지표를 만들고, 발표하는 업무도 담당하게 됩니다. 강한 윤리 의식을 바탕으로 디테일을 챙기고 빠르게 변화하는 복잡한 환경에서 멀티태스킹을 할 수 있어야 하며, 안정적인 운영과 마감 일정 준수를 통해 고객의 신뢰를 확보해야 합니다.

Basic Qualifications

• 13 years of work experience in Logistics/SCM field.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field.

• Inventory management experience.

• Willing to perform physical tasks to move and store inventory in and out the Data Centers.

• Goods receiving, inventory cycle counts and related auditing and stock control functions at numerous locations.

• Review and process of tickets via internal system for parts requests and stock replenishment.

• Processing of access forms, method statements and similar documentation.

• Facilitate with logistics and supply chain planning for project implementations.

• Building strong relationships with internal customers and all key stakeholders.

• Intermediate written and verbal communication skills with the ability to bridge time zones.

• Not afraid to take ownership, keeping positive attitude and resolve problems despite difficult circumstances.

• Fluent Korean and intermediate English skills in business area.

• Applicants must have valid work authorization in Korea

• Applicants must not have restriction of traveling abroad

기본 자격

• 물류 / SCM 분야에서 13년 이하의 경력

• 학사 이상 또는 그에 준하는 자격, 전공 무관

• 재고 관리 경험

• 재고 입고 및 출고 등의 물리적 이동 작업이 수행가능하신 분.

• 다양한 위치에서의 상품 입고, 재고 조사 및 관련 감사 및 재고 관리 기능.

• 시스템을 통해 부품 요청 및 재고 관련 업무 처리 경험

• 재고량 검토를 위한 사이트 방문 및 감사

• 물류 및 Supply Chain 기획을 통한 프로젝트 수행

• 다양한 Time Zone 아래서 효과적으로 업무를 수행할 수 있는 커뮤니케이션 능력

• 복잡한 문제 해결을 두려워하지 않는 주인 의식 및 긍정적인 태도

• 원활한 한국어 및 비즈니스 영어 구사 능력

• 대한민국에서 합법적으로 근무 가능하신 분

• 해외 출장에 문제가 없으신 분

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse management experience includes developing or improving layout design and 5S activities.

• Import and export related experience.

• Demonstrated inventory management experience at scale.

• Good knowledge about computers and network equipment.

• Business intelligence tool experience (Data analysis and visualizing skill)

• LEAN, Six Sigma and OE knowledge and/or proficiency.

• Effective prioritization and time management.
