Join us as our new Technical Account Manager

Your role will be to develop, drive and execute sales and business development plans for reaching and exceeding the sales budget in the area of responsibility. With this role, we aim to ensure a strong development of our sales in Türkiye. The position location will be in İstanbul.

In this role you'll make impact by:

• Achieving the annual turnover, DSO, and profitability targets of the customers he/she is responsible for.

• Making short term plan which includes planning customer visits, action plans and trial plans for individual projects.

• Making long term plans which includes account plans, activity plans and updating customer mappings.

• Active preparation for customer visits by adapting concept presentations, visiting last recaps, creating presentations of trial results, and preparing for final negotiation.

• Performing to the customers by presentation skills, handling objections and conducting negotiations.

• Retaining customer by frequent status meetings.

• Making regular customer visits (Min. 120 days)

  To succeed you must hold:

• M.Sc./B.Sc., Food Engineering

• Having work experience in the dairy industry for at least 3 years

• Strong level of English

• Strong dedication with open mindset, ability to work independently and operate effectively in a competitive environment

• Curious and willing to learn new things, service oriented and team player
