Job Summary and Qualifications

• You will direct personnel engaged in maintaining assigned areas of the facility in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local requirements and as directed by the Director and Operations Manager, to ensure that the highest degree of cleanliness and sanitation is maintained at all times

• You will be responsible for the daily operations of the assigned areas and the reporting personnel and will maintain productivity of the assigned unit to meet the hospital and corporate financial goals and to ensure adherence to policy and procedures

• Complete all work schedules for the area and will interview candidates for available positions in the department and will be responsible for creating and posting departmental work schedules

• You will assist, when necessary, your peer’s department and area of responsibility

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of six (6) months experience in a housekeeping department, in a health-related facility required
