Position Overview The Vice President, IT Infrastructure & Operations is responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure used to support business process and services across the enterprise. This is achieved through the effective delivery of IT services through the management and orchestration of people, products, providers, and processes. Additionally, this role has responsibility to oversee Digital Workplace, service ticketing and management, and collaboration tools used across the enterprise. This position operates as a strategic partner and trusted advisor with leaders across the business to plan and manage the work associated with the launch of new products and the integration of newly acquired businesses. This role will define IT strategy and represent IT to executives throughout the business. This position has significant influence across the organization and as a member of the executive IT leadership team, is accountable to the business for the performance of information technology infrastructure and operations. Essential Duties: include but are not limited to the following: Establish the mission and vision of the I&O organization to foster a business-oriented culture and mindset driven by continual service improvement techniques. Oversee the development of the I&O service strategy and technical roadmap and ensure its integration with the overall IT and enterprise strategic plans. Lead the development of the annual operating plan for IT infrastructure and operations, delivering the necessary set of initiatives, budget, and staffing plan to support annual business goals. Serve as a member of the IT leadership team, participating in the development of IT\'s long-range plan and operating model to meet the strategic direction of the business.
