Aggreko Sector Sales Manager - Benelux in United States

We’re looking for a Sector Sales Manager to lead our Utilities, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical & Refining sectors. The successful candidate will be based in the Benelux.

    What you’ll do:

  • Grow business within the sector by developing a competitive and robust sector sales strategy, in collaboration with colleagues in Marketing.

  • Create and maintain sales plans for the team in alignment with sector strategy.

  • Proactively lead and manage a sales team to foster a high-performing sales culture.

  • Provide active leadership to the team and ensure the team is consistently achieving and surpassing objectives and KPI’s.

  • Maintain CRM standards and manage the overall opportunity pipeline.

  • Take direct ownership of involvement in key customer relationships.

  • Uphold Aggreko’s ‘Sales Leadership Blueprint’ and ‘non-negotiables’, focusing on coaching and developing the team.

  • Act as a change agent and drive a positive change.

  • Identify improvement opportunities and effectively lead change initiatives.

    You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced in leading and managing high-performing sales teams (6 or more people).

  • A deep knowledge of industry sectors - Utilities, O&G and PCR.

  • Proven track record of coaching sales teams in challenging environments, particularly in the power generation and temperature control rental industries.

  • Ability to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets.

  • A strategic mindset and expertise in diverse products and applications.

  • Strong leadership and motivational skills - the ability to inspire and coach a team or individuals to success.

  • Financially astute with a customer-centric focus, delivering results through problem-solving and commercial acumen.

  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings, adapting seamlessly to shifting priorities while maintaining high standards of work.
