Comscore Director, Proximic Account Management in NYC, New York

We are growing fast and looking to hire a Directory of Account Management. From your first day, you will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the team. This is a rare role in that it will have the opportunity to contribute to our dynamic sales team in a startup environment, all with the backing of an established and trusted industry provider. We are focused on growth, scrappiness, and innovation, and looking for someone who has the drive and passion to help us put it all together and crush it in market.

We are seeking a high performing individual with strong people management skills and a passionate drive for the programmatic space to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit and be motivated to play a key role in growing business with key programmatic stakeholders and helping them derive value from Proximic by Comscore's best in class audience and contextual targeting assets.

Responsibilities:

  • This is a player/coach role responsible for managing a team of 3 account managers and overseeing the success of your own account list

  • Act as programmatic subject matter expert partnering with sales leads to dive account growth

  • Supports agency and advertisers clients with audience targeting recommendations for their desktop, mobile, CTV and audio campaigns and responsible for proactively driving usage of Proximic by Comscore targeting solutions

  • Understand customer needs and requirements, staying current on all programmatic industry trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of team management experience

  • 5+ years working in the programmatic or ad tech space (hands on keyboards trading experience is a plus!)

  • Robust working knowledge of the advertising technology landscape and ecosystem (DSP's, SSP's, DMP's, 3rd Party Data)

  • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt in a fast-paced technology, data-driven environment

  • Experience working with/at agencies, agency trading desks, and programmatic buying teams a plus

  • Initiative to grow and retain business

  • Highly skilled in building trust by understanding client objectives and recommending best practices

  • Impeccable attention to detail

  • A scrappy, roll up your sleeves mindset

  • Must be able to manage to deadlines and prioritize daily, weekly and monthly tasks
