DESCRIPTION OF WORK We are looking for self-starters who are able to adapt and work with minimal supervision and have working knowledge of HR and employee relations. In this position, you will be responsible for supervising a team who proves a wide variety of human resources and related administrative functions as it pertains to collective bargaining agreements, interpretation of grievance administration, and disciplinary issues. You will complete investigations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, internal complaints, performance management, progressive discipline, and leaves of absence. Confidentiality and compliance are crucial to the success of our unit, and you will ensure all staff adhere to our strict policies. Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. One year of experience in the performance of technical human resource duties at the full journeyman level involving specialized or supervisory work, including experience in the area of the parenthetical; and a bachelor's degree; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
