Robert Half is hiring financial analysts to support local San Diego organizations! As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial planning and analysis activities. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

• Prepare detailed financial models and forecasts.

• Analyze financial performance and identify key trends.

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.

• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed.

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts effectively.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
