Required Skills:

Data Center Logistics Analyst Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, refine, and maintain documentation that captures and distributes the processes and policies for executing safe, effective logistics operations in Meta data centers.

  2. Identify gaps in operations and present solutions to standardize operations across the data center regions.

  3. Build and support cross-functional relationships with internal partners and drive effective communication channels supporting operations management.

  4. Help produce monthly audit of compliance to ensure meeting all inventory controls.

  5. Support month/quarter and year end requirement to ensure appropriate financial reporting.

  6. Enable and support leaders to understand business requirements, implement new processes and contribute to ongoing process improvements.

  7. Drive inventory reconciliation process to identify risk, manage obsolescence, and correct errors impacting product movement.

  8. Support improving operational and system gaps from the various warehouse and vendor entities to meet all compliance requirements.

  9. Raise the visibility of field issues that require better systemic controls to central logistics for the development of improved processes.

  10. Work with field leads, vendors and contract labor to develop and execute action plans in the implementation of these new processes.

  11. Develop a dynamic logistics operations assessment program to ensure consistent implementation and sustainment of processes across all field entities.

  12. Generate metrics highlighting performance and trends within the data center field and warehouse operations.

  13. Support the execution of Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, analyze discrepancies and help working teams develop root cause corrective actions and trend improvements.

  14. Help define and manage ongoing KPI’s to measure process compliance and logistics operations performance.

  15. Partner in developing shared solutions when inconsistencies are identified.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Requires Master's degree in Operations Research, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field and 36 months of experience in job offered or in a related occupation. Foreign degree equivalent accepted. Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:

    1. Understanding the flow of business from production to end user and various sales channels
    1. End to end supply chain process and its critical components like purchasing, inbound and out bound supply chain
    1. Data analysis
    1. Working on specific task as well as working with team members
    1. ERP system various modules of purchasing, inventory management, receiving, transportation management, and Microsoft office suites
    1. Project management, vendor management, problem solving and business communication.

Public Compensation:

$129,082/year to $153,120/year + bonus + equity + benefits
