Director, Account Management

About the Role:

As a Director, Account Management, you will lead strategic initiatives and oversee client relationships to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction. Leveraging your expertise in account management and leadership, you'll develop and implement strategies to meet client needs, resolve complex issues, and drive performance across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Directing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and enhance client satisfaction.

  • Overseeing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.

  • Developing and implementing account management strategies to meet client needs and objectives.

  • Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients.

  • Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service.

  • Leading and mentoring a team of account managers to achieve performance targets and deliver results.

  • Monitoring account performance, analyzing data, and providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences.

  • Providing regular updates and reports on account performance, trends, and opportunities to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or related field, with a track record of success in driving business growth and client satisfaction.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve performance targets.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify opportunities, analyze data, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach to achieving goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; advanced business degree preferred.

  • Experience in the technology industry or related field is a plus.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive, and Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $150,000
