Copeland Technical Sales Engineer in Warsaw, Poland

Based in Warsaw, Poland, you will be primarily responsible to develop new sales business and maintain the relationship with existing clients, and to collaborate closely between customers and the company.

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting our products to potential clients. Your technical expertise, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills, will be essential in building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the HVACR industry.

  • Looking for new business opportunities in other related sectors as well (such as food retailers, supermarkets).

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and struggles.

  • Coordinate adequate technical and application trainings for the customers.

  • Support preparation of the monthly product forecast.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-ups.

  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, contractors, and industry collaborators.

Who you are:

You identify and seize new opportunities. You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You facilitate an open dialogue with a wide variety of contributors and stakeholders.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electro mechanics or Refrigeration Technologies)

  • 3 years of experience in application engineering and/or sales in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning systems

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing complexity.

  • Strong understanding of HVACR systems, components, and applications.
